AC Milan Are Watching Marseille Winger Over A Free Transfer As More Clubs Enter The Fold

Milan are looking to reinforce with an experienced player to add creativity up front.

MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan are looking to further improve their squad in the summer transfer window and have landed on Florian Thauvin from Marseille as potential upgrade at RW. Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have reportedly been in contact with the entourage of the player and are keenly watching the situation of the 28 year old whose contract expires in the summer to scoop him up on a free deal.

Fabrzio Romano speaking to Sempre Milan recently said, that Thauvin is interested in joining the Rossoneri and quoted Paolo Maldini who has publicly expressed the interest of the club for the player.

Fabrizio Romano on his podcast via RouteOneFootball has said,

“Pay attention to Thauvin who will be leaving Marseille as a free agent. Sevilla and also AC Milan are looking at him.”

The France international is a World Cup winner who has made 266 appearances for Marseille scoring 85 goals and providing 60 assists over the past seven and a half seasons.
