Gianluca di Marzio speaking to Sky Italia via MilanNews.it is reporting that the negotiations between midfielder Franck Kessie and AC Milan over his contract renewal are on stand by for the moment. The reporter makes a point to note that the talks are not dead but have ben set aside for the moment due to the complications around the financial figure being requested by the player compared to Milan’s willingness to meet them. The 24 year old has a deal expiring at the end of the season and has been a crucial player for Milan in his couple of years at the club.

Fabrizio Romano on Twitch via Sempre Milan is reporting that the negotiation has been ongoing for a long time but no agreement has been found as Milan have made their stance clear as well as the best offer. Milan have put forth 6.5 million euros per year plus add-ons with an incremental raise as the deal goes on. The midfielder has a lot of interest from the Premier League and from PSG.
