AC Milan have announced on their website that left back Theo Hernandez has tested negative for the coronavirus hence will likely re-join training this week ahead of the midweek game against Torino in Serie A. The defender will be a welcome addition as the Rossoneri head into a difficult spell of matches to secure themselves at the top of the pack of Serie A heading into the final months of 2021. Hernandez fell ill with coronavirus whilst on international duty with France where he was instrumental in the side winning the UEFA Nations League trophy earlier this month. Hernandez has 1 goal and 3 assists for the Rossoneri thus far this season.

Fode Ballo-Toure has been deputising the France international in the past couple of games and has grown in confidence in that time. The Senegal international put on a great show last evening against Bologna and has shown his pace and crossing ability across all three games.
