AC Milan face Hellas Verona at the San Siro on Saturday but are facing an injury crisis as more players drop out. The latest victims are Theo Hernandez (COVID-19) and Mike Maignan (Wrist Surgery) who will miss the game and are starters. A number of players had been working to recover over the international break and could be available for the match. Junior Messias (Muscle Strain) will also not be available while the situation of Tiemoue Bakayoko is not clear but he is likely out. Alessandro Florenzi (Post-Knee Surgery) remains out while Alessandro Plizzari will also not be available for the match.

Pioli managed to welcome back Daniel Maldini, Rade Krunic, Davide Calabria and Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the group training session yesterday. It seems the former two will at least be on the bench but it is likely that Ibrahimovic is not rushed given the presence of Olivier Giroud following his spell out.
