Tuttosport via MilanNews.it are reporting that Torino could come back in for AC Milan midfielder Rade Krunic who they looked at in the summer transfer window. The Bosnia and Herzegovina midfielder has failed to impress this season despite the increased opportunities. The paper reports that a swap deal with Torino could be on the cards for one of two Turin based players in midfielder Soualiho Meité and defender Nicolas N’Koulou. Krunic will reportedly be offered on a loan with an obligation to buy in exchange for N’Koulou whose contract expires in the summer.
Matteo Pedrosi of Corriere Granata is reporting that Torino have been in touch with Milan for Krunic as part of a swap deal for midfielder Meité which would be a like for like switch. He notes that the deal seems complex for the moment but is being explored.
Sport Mediaset via MilanNews.it are concurring with the above reports but note that there is a better chance of N’Koulou being part of the deal as opposed to Meité. The Cameroon international has over 100 appearances in Serie A and would be a very good depth option for the remainder of the season.
