AC Milan have officially announced via their website the loan of former Primavera striker Lorenzo Colombo to Cremonese in Serie B. The striker broke into the first team for Milan last season and has made a few appearances this season scoring just one goal. His goal came in the Europa League Qualifiers against FK Bodo Glimt.
The striker has made 11 appearance in total for Milan over the past couple of months. He previously made 15 appearances scoring 9 goals for the Milan Primavera helping them to win the Primavera 2 title.
Gianluca di Marzio reported yesterday that the deal would go through as Ariedo Braida was running point on the deal. Cremonese beat out competition for Brescia and other teams in Serie B for his signature.
The striker will join on a dry loan until the end of the season. Cremonese are currently in 14th place in Serie B having won just 4 out of 19 games this season.
