Gianluca di Marzio via is reporting that the young AC Milan striker Lorenzo Colombo who was promoted from the Primavera last season could be sent out on loan. Milan have just signed veteran attacker Mario Mandzukic which will severely limit the playing time for the 18 year old striker hence a move away could be beneficial for his development. Two clubs in Serie B clubs, Brescia and Cremonese could look to take the youngster by the end of the winter transfer window on loan.

Colombo has played 9 games for Milan this season largely off the bench and has scored one goal in that time. In the previous two seasons, he played 15 games for Milan's Primavera where he scored 9 goals and provided 1 assist helping the Rossoneri secure the Primavera 2 title. The striker is a very promising player who plays as a classic no. 9 as he is stocky but has good acceleration, he also has a wicked shot which he demonstrated in the pre-season.
