Antonio Vitiello is reporting that AC Milan are following Barcelona youngster Junior Firpo as a player for the future. Milan are looking to secure a year long loan with an option to buy. He notes that the Catalan club are requesting 20 million euros as the buy out option. He reports that the move is tough to pull off but Milan continue the talks. Firpo is a left back who could provide solid back up for Theo Hernandez next season.
ESPN are reporting that Milan and West Ham are interested in the left back who joined Barcelona in 2019 for about 20 million euros from Real Betis but has not found regular playing time. The 24 year old is a huge prospect and could represent a similar move to that of Diogo Dalot.
Nicolo Schira is reporting that the talks are being facilitated through the intermediary Ediardo Crnjar. He also notes that Milan are working on a loan with an option to buy for 20 million euros.
Piero Balzano Prota is reporting that the contacts between the two clubs are ongoing but it is a very difficult deal to accomplish.
Tuttosport via MilanNews.it are reporting that Firpo is one of the names of Milan's list alongside Matias Vina from Palmeiras, Iago from Augsburg and Nuno Mendes from Sporting Clube de Portugal hence there remain options on the table.
