AC Milan have already made significant progress in the winter transfer window completing two signings already and agreeing terms on one additional deal. Key areas have been reinforced as Milan get a new central midfielder in Soualiho Meite from Torino, a new versatile attacker in Mario Mandzukic and a depth option at centre back in Fikayo Tomori.

Despite the early moves, Milan are by no means done. The sale of Andrea Conti to Parma seems to be on track which would be the second exit following Leo Duarte being loaned to Istanbul Basaksehir. Milan are still working on two critical renewals for goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma and trequartista Hakan Calhanoglu. Moreover, Massara and Maldini are working on a number of reinforcements for the summer with Florian Thauvin from Marseille and Otavio for FC Porto to add depth to the wings. It's been a busy window but expect some more movements before the end.
