Fabrizio Romano is reporting that AC Milan have found an agreement with Chelsea for centre back Fikayo Tomori on loan with an option to buy for 30 million euros. He notes that the agreement will be signed today and the player will be flying to Milan for his medicals.

Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that Milan will close the deal for Tomori either on Tuesday or Wednesday as they were incredibly active in the market.

Nizaar Kinsella of Goal is reporting that it is a risk for Chelsea to include an option to buy as the club still want to keep the defender bu notes that it is unlikely for Milan to actually exercise the option given that it is set quite high.

Paolo Maldini confirmed the signing on Sky Sports via Fabrizio Romano:

“We wanted Fikayo Tomori also last summer, he’s always been one of our targets. He’s perfect for our squad, we’re working on the last details.”
