AC Milan Women travelled to face Hellas Verona on the road for their first encounter of the Serie A Femminile for 2021. Milan Women fielded a similar line up with one major change as Julia Simic started in the centre of the midfield in Maurizio Ganz's 3-5-2. Milan attacked early on and were rewarded with a goal on the 23rd minute as Natasha Dowie lobbed the keeper with a measured header after a pinpoint cross from Tucceri Cimini. The defensive unit held up well maintaining another vital clean sheet for Korenciova as well as a solid three points for the Rossonere keeping them in second place tied on points with first placed Juventus but with an additional game.
