AC Milan Set To Play Another Pre-Season Friendly Against Chievo Verona This Weekend

Sky Italia via MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan have added another pre-season friendly to the list to be played this weekend against Chievo Verona who are currently in Serie B. Milan have already played two friendlies in the past two weeks against Novara at Milanello which they won 4-2 and another against Monza at the San Siro which they won 4-1. Some of the first team are yet to feature though as key players are injured, away on international duty or returned to training late.

The game will likely be streamed on the Milan app and Milan TV this weekend.

Milan are set to play Vicenza on Wednesday evening prior to the game on Sunday. Milan kick off their 2020/21 campaign on the 17th of September in the UEFA Europa League against Shamrock Rovers. The team will be travelling to the Republic of Ireland for the game. Milan need to be wary of injuries as evidenced by the devastating blow to Nicolo Zaniolo last night whilst on international duty.
