MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan are in constant contact with Tiemoue Bakayoko’s entourage and Chelsea attempting to unlock the deal to bring the midfielder back to the San Siro. The delay has arisen from a distance between what the clubs want to include as the buy out option for the France international at the end of the one year loan. Milan want it closer to 20 million euros while Chelsea want about 30-35 million.
The report notes that Milan briefly looked at Lille’s young midfielder Boubakary Soumare, however, this deal seems largely unlikely to the cost of the player and the recent confirmations of the arrival of Sandro Tonali to occupy a similar position. Bakayoko adds an element of experience to the midfield as Kessie, Bennacer and Tonali are all very young. Bakayoko has played in Ligue 1, the Premier League and Serie A winning the league title in France and the cup in England.
