Fabrizio Romano for Calcio Mercato is reporting that AC Milan presented an offer to Manchester United for right back Diogo Dalot. The 21 year old defender is considered the ideal competition for Davide Calabria and Andrea Conti.
Sky Sports confirm the interest of Milan and note that the defender is not favoured by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hence could be allowed to leave. Milan are reportedly looking for a loan deal with an option to buy. United want to sell him outright.
Luca Marchetti via MilanNews.it is reporting that the 21 year old is set to leave United in this transfer window and Milan have been monitoring the situation. He adds that the issue on the table is that Milan want an option to buy while United want an obligation to buy. New updates are expected in the coming days.
The defender joined United in the summer of 2018 but has struggled to settle in and establish himself. The player has formerly played for FC Porto and has been capped by Portugal's U21 squad.
