Fabrizio Romano is reporting that AC Milan are confident to close the deal for Norway international Jens Petter Hauge in the next few days from FK Bodo/Glimt. The left winger has been a target for Milan for a few months and impressed Stefano Pioli and Paolo Maldini in the Europa League fixture on Thursday where he nabbed a goal and an assist. The report notes that the move is getting closer with the player willing to join the club. He notes that the deal will be expected to close this week.
Gianluca di Marzio is reporting that Hauge could only arrive in Milan in December as he could be allowed to complete the current season with his club where he side will likely win the title and he could develop even further before joining the Rossoneri in Italy's top flight. The 20 year old could be snapped up next week but will only arrive in the winter transfer window as this deal would better serve all parties.
