AC Milan took on Crotone away from home in their second Serie A fixture with a growing number of players being unavailable. Leo Duarte and Zlatan Ibrahimovic are out as they both tested positive for the coronavirus ruling them out for about two weeks minimum. Milan struggled to gain a foothold in the game as Sandro Tonali and Brahim Diaz changed the dynamic of the team and took some time to find their feet. Nonetheless Milan managed to press Crotone as Ante Rebic won a penalty at the end of the first half, Frankc Kessie stepped up and coolly slotted home for his first goal of the season. In the early second half, a good move resulted in Saelemaekers cross being forced into the path of Diaz where he rolled the ball into the back of the net. The loan signing scored his first goal for the club in his first start. Rebic thereafter seem to pick up a horrific injury as he tumbled over wither dislocating his shoulder or breaking his arm. Milan walk away with another clean sheet and another three points.
