Almost a consensual prediction on Inter and Lukaku having a big year and Milan finally breaking the top 4.

The new season is upon us. Here are the AC Milan Offside's picks for the 2020/21 Serie A campaign:

Doug's Picks: Juve, Inter, Atalanta, Milan, Napoli, Lazio

Robbie's Picks: Inter (I hate to write it but they have the best shot), Juve, Atalanta, Milan, Napoli, Lazio

Muqi's Picks: Inter, Juve, Milan, Atalanta, Napoli, Roma

Patrick's Picks: Inter, Juve, Atalanta, Milan, Lazio, Napoli

Peter's Picks: Inter, Juve, Atalanta, Milan, Napoli, Lazio

Muqi’s Picks: Spezia, Genoa, Crotone

Patrick’s Picks: Benevento, Crotone, Spezia

Peter’s Picks: Genoa, Udinese, Spezia

Will’s Picks: TBC

Doug’s Picks: Romelu Lukaku and Cristiano Ronaldo tie

Robbie’s Picks: Ciro Immobile

Muqi’s Picks: Romelu Lukaku and Edin Dzeko tie

Patrick’s Picks: Romelu Lukaku

Peter’s Picks: Romelu Lukaku

Will’s Picks: TBC

Doug’s Picks: Sassuolo's Attack or Victor Osimhen at Napoli

Robbie’s Picks: Sassuolo

Muqi’s Picks: Liverani's Parma and Pippo's Benevento

Patrick’s Picks: Rafael Leao stunning in the league

Peter’s Picks: Brahim Diaz

Will’s Picks: TBC

Doug’s Comment: I think this upcoming season could be wild. Inter has put themselves in a position to actually compete with Juventus, and the trailing pack of five has become super competitive. I expect fireworks

Robbie’s Comment: One thing to look forward to this year is the continuity and excitement Milan are starting with. In past years it felt that there was unwarranted excitement. This year we are riding high off a great finish post Covid and it will be interesting to see if Milan can continue form.

Muqi’s Comment: Look out for an ultra attacking campaign as majority of the sides in the league have reinforced their attacks. Smaller teams such as Sassuolo, Parma, Hellas Verona will be fierce competitors and newcomers Benevento will surely dent some big egos. A stable Milan side is something we have been craving for ages and I believe this will propel us into the top 4.

Patrick’s Comment: Last year my thing to look forward to was Bennacer. This year, it’s Tonali in Milan’s midfield. Can’t wait to see what he can do with the Rossoneri as they try to get back into the UCL.

Peter’s Comment: This is the most warranted hype we’ve had for a season yet. Milan is off the back of a great post lockdown finish without much of a break heading into a vulnerable top 4 with Juve uncertain, Lazio likely regressing to the mean, and Napoli not being the same team anymore. Maldini has excelled this mercato and we’re right among the top 4 sides.
