Gianluca di Marzio via MilanLive.it is reporting that AC Milan could sell midfielder Rade Krunic soon as they are happy with the offer Freiburg have submitted. The German club has reportedly submitted an offer worth 8 million euros where the base would be 6 million plus 2 million euros in bonuses.
The Bosnia and Herzegovina international has struggled to break into the starting line up in his first season at the club since joining from Empoli as he only managed to start six games. The 26 year old arrived for about 7-8 million euros and has been a decent depth option despite not adding anything significant to the team thus far.
The report notes that Krunic is being kept for the opening game of the season in the Europa League as new signing Sandro Tonali is not entirely fit yet. The midfielder will continue to add depth but Milan will reportedly given the green light to the deal after the game tonight.
