AC Milan will kick off their 2020/21 campaign this evening in Dublin, Republic of Ireland in the UEFA Europa League second qualifying round. Milan will face current Irish champions and first placed side Shamrock Rovers in a one-legged fixture to secure passage to the second of three qualifying games before making it to the group stages of the competition.
Stefano Pioli announced his squad a few days ago as they team flew to Dublin and there were three notable exclusions namely Lucas Paqueta, Pierre Kalulu and Tpmmaso Pobega but the reason has been technical choice for all three. New signins Brahim Diaz, Sandro Tonali and Ciprian Tatarusanu are all in the squad. Ante Rebic is suspended for three games in the competition.
Expected Line up (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma, Calabria, Kjaer, Gabbia, Hernandez, Kessie, Bennacer, Castillejo, Calhanoglu, Saelemaekers, Ibrahimovic.
