AC Milan faced Brescia in their final pre-season friendly of the 2020/21 campaign and came away with another solid performance and an emphatic 3-1 win. Milan played with a number of youngsters and new signings across the game. Franck Kessie broke the deadlock with a cool header of a corner towards the end of the first half. Early on in the second half, Lorenzo Colombo had a good back and forth with Samu Castillejo in the box and demonstrated his strenght to break off a tackle and to attack the loose ball to score the second goal of the game and his third consecutive goal in the past three games. The third goal came about 10 minutes later through Castillejo who received a great low cross from Calabia turned a defender and bumbled the ball past the keeper. Milan once again failed to keep a clean sheet as the defence fell asleep and allowed Brescia to pull one back. Sandro Tonali managed to make his debut whilst new goalkeeper Ciprian Tatarusanu also made his debut.
