La Gazzetta dello Sport via MilanLive.it are reporting that former AC Milan goalkeeper Nelson Dida could takeover as the goalkeeping coach of the first team next season from Luigi Turci. Dida is currently the goalkeeping coach for the U17 side but could be promoted as Turci looks set to join Marco Giampaolo at Torino this summer. Gianluca di Marzio is reporting the same.

La Repubblica via MilanNews.it a few weeks ago were reporting that Dida was set to takeover as goalkeeping coach for the Primavera side, being promoted from the U17 side. He took over the U17 job at the start of the 2019/20 season.

Dida started in three Champions League finals for Milan, winning two. He has a wealth of experience on holding down the starting spot for the Rossoneri in goal and could be a huge asset for Gianluigi Donnarumma next season if this promotion materialises.
