Vito Angele is reporting that the negotiations are moving ahead with Milan offering a loan with an option to buy set at 20 million euros.
Antonio Vitiello is reporting that the complete offer merges the two previous reports with Milan offering a paid loan of 10 million euros with an option to buy at 15-20 million euros. There will be bonuses but he notes that Cellino would like to make it an obligation.
