AC Milan have officially confirmed on Twitter that the first pre-season friendly of the 2020/21 campaign will be played next week on Wednesday the 2nd of September. The game will be played at Milanello as Milan’s first team will face Novara at 17:00 CEST. Novara currently play in Serie C and will test the fitness of the Rossoneri squad after just a week back at training.

Milan kicked off the pre-season training yesterday at Milanello as the squad completed their coronavirus tests on Monday. The squad will be gearing up as their first encounters will be in just about three weeks with the impending start of Serie A and the Europa League qualification rounds.
