AC Milan have announced via their website that youngster Alessandro Plizzari will leave the club for his third consecutive loan spell in Serie B, this time with newly promoted Reggina on a dry loan. The Primavera product has not been given the opportunity to join the rotation at Milan but has been able to feature heavily in each of the past three seasons out on loan.
The 20 year old shot stopper has racked up 41 appearances over the past two seasons in Serie B with Livorno and Ternana following his breakout at the Primavera. He is seen as the natural next step to Gianluigi Donnarumma when the time comes but needs to ensure his level is up to the standard as he is yet to secure minutes in the top tier of Italian football.
