Gianluca di Marzio via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan are hard at work looking for a left back back up for Theo Hernandez especially after the departure of Ricardo Rodriguez to Torino earlier this week. Di Marzio has put forward two names that Milan are reportedly considering.

Matias Vina from Palmeiras who has been linked to Milan numerous times over the past season seems to be an option under consideration. The situation is helped by the good relationship between the clubs especially on the deal of Gustavo Gomez. The Uruguay international has struggled at Palmeiras and would be moving to look for a restart.

The second name is Iago from Augsburg who has been solid since joining the club in January from Internacional. He has played 10 games where he scored one and assisted one in the second half of the season. Iago is good defensively but leaves a lot to be desired in attack as his crossing is average, his ball retention could use work and his passing can be hit and miss.
