Antonio Vitiello is reporting that AC Milan are working on organising 2-3 friendly matches to be played in early September as pre-season preparation for the Europa League qualification rounds as well as the Serie A. The ideas floating around at the moment are a friendly match against Silvio Berlusconi's AC Monza who are in Serie B now and a fixture with a side abroad. He also notes that a friendly with Novara could be an idea.
The pre-season is expected to begin on the 24th of August as the Europa League second qualifying round begins on the 17th of September and the Serie A season starts on the 19th of September.
