Antonio Vitiello via is reporting that AC Milan will look to sell one of their centre backs this summer as they look to add a key signing to the heart of the defence. The unit currently consists of Alessio Romagnoli, Simon Kjaer, Matteo Gabbia, Mateo Musacchio and Leo Duarte. The club want to bring in a starter who will compete with Kjaer.

The report notes that one of Duarte and Musacchio is almost certain to leave the club. Both have struggled with injuries in the past campaign. Musacchio is entering the final year of his contract which in in June 2021 whilst Duarte has a deal with the club until 2024. Duarte could be loaned out but Musacchio will likely be sold if an offer comes through as he could be lost for free next summer.
