MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan could come back to PSV Eindhoven's Denzel Dumfries as the right back option for the summer given the hassle of agreeing the transfer fee for Serge Aurier with Tottenham Hotspur this summer. The report indicates that Tottenham want 23 million euros for Aurier which Milan are not willing to pay. Dumfries on the other hand could be available for 18 million euros or less.
Moreover, Aurier's wage eclipses that of Dumfries thus Milan would have have to offer him a reasonable amount more than Dumfries. Another facet is injury records as the Ivory Coast international has struggled a bit in recent season whilst the Netherlands international has been quite healthy which will be key to avoid another Conti situation.
The report concludes noting that a new investment will only occur after one of Calabria or Conti is sold.
