Calcio Mercato are reporting that Crotone are joining Parma in the race for AC Milan's young centre back Matteo Gabbia for the upcoming season. The youngster has managed to get a handful of starts under Stefano Pioli covering for Simon Kjaer and Alessio Romagnoli when they are unavailable. The 20 year old has looked solid but desperately needs consistent game time in Serie A to further develop and to fight for a starting spot.
