Alessandro Alciato of Sky Italia is reporting that Rangnick will take over as the new coach, technical director and medical supervisor. He reports that CEO Ivan Gazidis has informed Maldini of the arrival of Rangnick who has reportedly signed the deal. Maldini is being offered the opportunity to stay on as a Club Ambassador as Rangnick takes over his role but the Milan legend is likely to turn this down. Stefano Pioli will remain in charge until the end of the season but will not retain his role despite the massive achievements of the past weeks.
