Vito Angele is reporting that AS Roma winger Cengiz Under has been offered to AC Milan for the upcoming transfer window after being vehemently linked last summer and winter. The Turkey international has struggled to cement his place in the capital and looks to need a refresh elsewhere. He has only managed 3 goals in all competitions this season and has provided no assists.

"Cengiz Under was brought to Milan again in previous days and also Napoli also wanted the Turkish wing that has no place with Roma."

The winger is also reportedly being pursued by Napoli who value his skill set. The winger arrived at Roma with much promise in 2017/18 but has largely failed to live up to the hype due to his up and down spells as well as lack of consistent game time. He has 13 league goals in 69 games over the past three years.
