Fabrizio Romano via Calcio Mercato is reporting that AC Milan midfielder Alen Halilovic will be allowed to leave the club this summer as his loan at Heerenveen comes to an end. He made 26 appearances in all competitions scoring 3 goals and providing 5 assists this season. Milan have not intention of using the attacker who has one more year on his contract. Benfica are reportedly looking to make an offer for him and Halilovic is open to the offer.
Gianluca di Marzio also reporting on the interest from Benfica and adds that talks have already begun for the 24 year old. He was previously followed by Real Betis, Levante and Espanyol but the move to Portugal seems on.
