AC Milan Reportedly Present Initial Contract Offer To RB Salzburg Midfielder

The midfielder has been rumoured to be Milan's top target for months now and negotiations finally seem to be kicking off.

Nicolo Schira on Twitter is reporting that AC Milan have put forward their first contract offer for Dominik Szoboszlai. The journalist reiterates that Szoboszlai is the priority for the club and Ralf Rangnick this summer. The first offer is reportedly a 5 year deal worth 1.5 million euros per season plus bonuses. The contacts continue with the player's representatives.

As we reported here, Szoboszlai has a 24/25 million release clause at RB Salzburg and Milan are battling Napoli and Arsenal for his signature. The prospective manager Rangnick has reportedly spoken to the midfielder asking him to await Milan's offer.
