Nicolo Schira on Twitter is reporting that Ralf Rangnick is beginning to put together his staff for AC Milan and the club are now in talks with FC Koln's Sporting Director Horst Heldt over a summer move. The report notes that Rangnick wants to bring someone he trusts to handle the technical aspects at a director level and likes Heldt as the duo have worked together previously at Schalke 04 and is trusted by Rangnick.

This report follows that of Rangnick wanting to bring Narkus Schopp from TSV Hartberg as one of his coaches as we reported here. Many of the links emerging are of past collaborators but the process to sign them is not straightforward as many are under contracts with other clubs.
