Sempre Milan are reporting that AC Milan have put an initial contract offer for PSG youngster Tanguy Kouassi on the table. The 17 year old centre back has broken out this season and is a concrete target for Milan as the search for Alessio Romagnoli's long term partner. The defender is yet to sign a professional contract with PSG thus could been signed as a bosman at the end of the month. As we reportered here, Ralf Rangnick reportedly spoke directly to Kouassi to convince him of the project.

Angele of Sempre Milan is reporting that Milan have offered the France U18 international a 5 year contract worth 1.2 million euros per year plus bonuses. This is not a big contract by any means and can effortlessly be beaten by PSG but the player is apparently more concerned with the project and his potential playing time. The approach appears to be heating up ahead of the end of June.
