La Nazione via Calcio Mercato are reporting that Fiorentina are struggling to tie down their centre back Nikola Milenkovic as there have been difficulties with renewing his contract that expires in 2022. AC Milan are interested as they look for a long term partner for Alessio Romagnoli and see the Fiorentina man as a low cost option compared to Dayot Upamecano from RB Leipzig and Kristoffer Ajer from Celtic FC for the summer.

Milenkovic however is reportedly being valued at 30 million euros by Rocco Commisso. Tuttosport via Football Italia amongst other outlets are reporting that Milan will look to swap Lucas Paqueta for Milenkovic as Fiorentina are interested in the Brazil international who is valued at 35 million euros.
