AC Milan have announced on their website that centre back Matteo Musacchio will undergo surgery in Spain next week for an ankle problem. The defender was left out of the Coppa Italia squad last week due to the same problem. He will undergo keyhole surgery on his left ankle as he has not recovered through regular treatment. No return date has been set.
