Sky Sport Italia via Football Italia are reporting that Torino are still looking to sign former AC Milan manager Marco Giampaolo this summer. The coach lasted just seven games at the San Siro before being fired for a string of terrible results and disjointed football. He still has a contract woth 2 million euros per year net with the club until the summer of 2021 thus is still costing the club money. He is not allowed to join another Serie A club in the same season thus is expected to takeover in Turin this summer.

Torino have struggled this season and fired Walter Mazzari in February, new manager Moreno Longo is considered to be a short term fix and is likely to be replaced as well. If Giampaolo is to join Torino, he would terminate his Milan contract saving the club a year's worth of wages.
