AC Milan via their website have confirmed that all the club's main teams are back in training preparing for the respective season resumptions. AC Milan's Men’s and Women's teams have resumed training at Milanello and Vismara respectively in the past couple of weeks.

The club is also reopening some of it's commercial arms with Museo Mondo Milan opening as well as the Casa Milan Store opening today after months out due to the coronavirus pandemic in Italy.
