Reports in Italy from MilanNews.it and SportMediaset are indicating that AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie has finally managed to get back to Milano after struggling to find a flight back for weeks. The midfielder has been in his home in Ivory Coast for the duration of the coronavirus lockdown. He is the final player for the Rossoneri to return to the city but will likely take a while to return to training given the need for a 14 day quarantine period. This may be averted in a similar manner to Ibrahimovic with a negative test result of the coronavirus test.

The Serie A season could resume in mid June and the Ivorian midfielder would be a central part of Milan's attempt to break back into the European places after a bit of a slump prior to the season being halted. Kessie is also the second most capped African national for the Rossoneri behind George Weah with 121 appearances. He needs just 26 more games with the Rossoneri to tie the record.
