Claudio Raimondi via MilanNews.it is reporting that AC Milan have set an ultimatum for Brazil international Lucas Paqueta to make a strong impact with Milan to stay at the club. The midfielder has severely under performed this season and was close to be sold or swapped in the January transfer window. The 35 million euro man has lost majority of his issue but Milan are trying to hold on for a 30 million offer.
@Sport_Mediaset : Paqueta must convince Milan if the player wishes to stay at the club. An offer of 30M€ could be enough to convince Milan to sell the Brazilian player. Milan who allegedly offered an exchange with Castrovilli the Fiorentina player.

Milan are now considering an alternate proposal with Fiorentina who had expressed an interest in the midfielder in January. The hope is for a straight swap between Lucas Paqueta and Gaetano Castrovilli. The Fiore midfielder is having a breakout season and has looked sublime controlling the midfield and creating opportunities. Fiorentina responded with a resounding 'no’ given Castrovilli huge market. The talks have barely moved forward since but this could be a hypothesis if Milan offer the player plus cash.
