AC Milan Legend and Technical Director Paolo Maldini has contracted the coronavirus after undertaking a test day before yesterday. His son Daniel Maldini has also tested positive for the coronavirus. The pair have been self isolating for the past two weeks. Maldini has been at the helm of Milan's transfer strategy for his second season while his son made his first team debut this season.

The club statement read, “Paolo and Daniel are both well and have already completed two weeks at home without contact with others. They will now remain in quarantine until clinically recovered, as per the medical protocols outlined by the health authorities.”
