Sempre Milan are reporting that former AC Milan President and Owner Silvio Berlusconi has made a sizeable donation to the Lombardy region to support emergency relief services fighting the coronavirus pandemic Italy has been the worst affected outside of China where the confirmed cases and deaths have been growing day on day. The situation is dire as the death toll stands at over 2,500 and the confirmed cases at over 31,000 according to Johns Hopkins University.

The current owner of AC Monza has donated 10 million euros to support the construction of about 400 intensive care units in the region to support the fight against the virus. The Agnelli family who own Juventus has also reportedly made a donation of 10 million euros to support the fight against the coronavirus to provide 150 respirators in the Piedmont region.
