AC Milan Targeting Young Celtic Centre Back For The Summer

Calcio Mercato are reporting that AC Milan are targeting Celtic FC youngster to be a replacement for Matteo Musacchio. 21 year old centre back Kristoffer Ajer has been a constant fixture for the Scottish champions over the past three seasons. He has amassed a staggering 129 appearances for Celtic in all competitions at just 21. The Norway international has scored 5 goals and provided 3 assist during his time with the Celts. He has also been capped 14 times by his national team.

The youngster will reportedly carry an asking price of 40 million euros as he has a contract until 2022. His agent has however noted that the youngster will not see out his contract in Glasgow. The price tag seems quite excessive given his realistic value would range about 10 million euros.
