Daniel Maldini was sent off in the 44th minute for action against the referee leaving the youth side to defend a one goal lead with 10 men. Early into the second half Cremonese won a penalty but the effort struck the bar keeping Milan ahead. This was a particularly difficult game for the Primavera given the recent blow out games.
