FIFA are making some changes to the transfer markets and starting next season teams will only be allowed to have 8 players in or out on loan who are over the age of 22. Within Italy, the implementation period will be 3 years but between leagues this will come into effect next season.

Milan will have Ante Rebic, Suso and Andre Silva on loans past the beginning of next season. Milan will have 6 loans deals expiring this summer of first team players in and out. The number will reduce to 6 loans over the coming years.
