AC Milan Are Considering A Move For Celtic FC Striker After Impressive Display In Europa League

The striker scored against Milan and impressed the directors, he could be another steal.

La Gazzetta dello Sport are reporting that the name of Celtic FC striker Odsonne Edouard has popped up for AC Milan in their hunt for a striker in the January transfer window as the directors were reportedly impressed by him in the Europa League against Milan.

Tuttosport via MilanNews.it are reporting that Milan are looking to strengthen the attack and the 23 year old striker impressed the staff. The operation could be similar to that of Hauge who had been scouted but the game against Milan acts as a reaffirmation of the player's talent.

CalcioMercato.it are reporting that Milan consider him to be a good back up for Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the remainder of the season. The striker who formerly played for PSG has been impressive this season with 10 goals and 4 assists in all competitions thus far.

Now, The Daily Record via The Scottish Sun that Edouard will not be allowed to leave in January. They note that he is valued at 35 million euros which is likely way too high for Milan.

Other names being discussed are Luka Jovic from Real Madrid and Gianluca Scamacca from Sassuolo (on loan at Genoa).
