AC Milan took on Genoa away from home and the match went terribly. Milan easily put in their absolute worst performance in months as the entire game was sluggish from the Rossoneri perspective with literally no creativity nor attacking threat. Pierre Kalulu had a forgettable Serie A debut as he was tortured by Mattia Destro all game as the former Milan striker scored a brace putting Milan down on two occasions in the game. Davide Calabria who was the only bright spot scored a golazo for the first goal with a snapshot frrom outside the box. Milan took advantage of a corner as Alessio Romagnoli headed down and Kalulu tapped in to tie the game. The centre backs combined well for the second goal but were culpable for both the goals conceded as they were poor in keeping Donnarumma protected. The draw entirely erodes Milan's points cushion as Inter Milan beat Napoli but Milan position at the top is now precarious especially given the tough games coming up against Sassuolo and Lazio in the coming week.
