Sky Italia via MilanNews.it are reporting that AC Milan right back Davide Calabria has picked up an injury and will not be in the squad to face LOSC Lille in the Europa League tonight. The player would probably be rested anyway as he has been deployed largely in Serie A whilst Diogo Dalot has been given the chance to play in the UEL but the defender will likely be needed this weekend against Hellas Verona at home.

The right back has been quite solid this season after rumours that he would be sold in the summer transfer window and is looking refreshed under Stefano Pioli in the new system. The good news is that Andrea Conti returned from injury and got some minutes in the past week as the defender was sidelined for an extended period. Milan have been using the wing backs more effectively since Pioli took over as Hernandez broke out last season and Dalot looks very promising with one goal and one assist thus far.
