AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has picked up yet another prestigious award winning the Guldbollen award for 2020. This award recognises the best footballer from Sweden for the year. Ibrahimovic has missed out for three years in a row but managed to snag the award for his incredible displays in Italy since rejoining the Rossoneri. He won the award at the Fotbollsgalan where he also won the striker of the year award. He is 39 years and has recorded 22 goals and 7 assists in the calendar year thus far.
Ibrahimovic spoke to Fotbollskanalen and said,
“I think that everything is possible as long as you want it, believe in it and spend a lot of time dedicated to hard work. Then everything is possible, he began. You can’t end your career with empty stands. So I’m aiming for another guldboll by the time I’m 50 too.”
